Welcome to Vaemora — a Spiritual Fellowship and Private Membership Association.

We walk a path striving for ecological harmony, intentional community, and the paradox of being
both the whole universe and a singular self.

Vaemora exists beyond mainstream systems, grounded in skillful relationship, personal responsibility, and cosmic alignment.

Membership is by invitation and shared values.

Forever awakening to the pattern of creation

Vaemora Basics

Vaemora is a private membership association dedicated to the stewardship of the unfolding of reality. To “steward the unfolding of reality” means that we both tend to this unfolding — holding and witnessing what arises with compassion — while also engaging as active participants in the unfolding itself, through our thoughts, actions, and choices.

We strive to live in truth, holding the paradox of being both a witness and a creator to this unfolding.

Vaemora’s spiritual practices are rooted in the sacred art of relationship.

Vaemora holds the belief that the intentional practice of building secure and trusting relationships with self and other — including “others” such as plants, animals, the greater ecosystem of the Earth, the farthest reaches of the cosmos, and the largest part of the whole of reality — will create and encourage a positive ripple effect through all of space and time.

And so, we are dedicated to the pursuit of ever-increasing self-awareness; learning about and awakening to present reality; engaging in effective communication; and embodying responsible behavior.

We view relationship-building as a sacred, spiritually aligned art — one which, at its very core, is an act of worship to the Higher Power.

Vaemora Fellowship Missions

Vaemora Sudbury This Vaemora Fellowship mission is inspired by the Sudbury Valley model of learning and community building.

No religious or spiritual teachings are imposed here.

This mission is a space for child-led, non-directive learning. Young learners engage in exploration, discovery, creativity, rest, and play — following their own interests and directing their own activities. There is no imposed curriculum or required age grouping. Each child is free to shape their own experience within a container of shared values and community responsibilities.

Parent/Guardian Participation At this stage, guardians attend with their children and remain present for the duration of each gathering. Guardians are asked to take on a staff-like role: stepping back to allow for self-direction, offering support when invited, and helping uphold community safety and agreements. This role varies by child. Some children quickly embrace independence and prefer their parents to give them space; others may need encouragement or support as they practice self-direction.

Because guardians are present and engaged in this way, their own process of growth naturally unfolds alongside the children’s. Adults often find themselves reflecting on patterns, learning new ways of relating, and supporting one another in practicing respect for autonomy. This parallel growth is not a separate program but an integral part of the mission itself — a community of learning that includes both children and adults.

Meeting Frequency and Mission Agreements The Vaemora Sudbury Mission currently meets twice weekly in various community spaces, both public and private. Further information in meeting times and places can be requested via email. Before Joining the Vaemora Sudbury mission, a mission agreement must be signed by all participants.

Vaemora Beliefs and Alignment with Vaemora Sudbury This mission is integral to the actual practice and full realization of the Vaemora Spiritual path. This mission provides a space for the full complexity of human community — the drama, conflict, and difference of perspective that naturally arise when people live and work together. In the Vaemora Sudbury Mission, members may hold widely different beliefs and values—much mores, than is usually found in the Vaemora Fellowship, and even more important is the opportunity for the equal chance of every person to shape the culture and community at Sudbury Vaemora, this is in contrast to the Vaemora spiritual path, where that path is stewarded by it’s founder and their core council of advisors. At Sudbury Vaemora there is the chance at increased diversity of beliefes and values, and members each have an equal chance and opportunity to shape the community.

The Vaemora Sudbury Mission also has the intent to function as a kind of sacred meeting place, or membrain between Vaemora Fellowship and the wider world. It allows new ideas, perspectives, and challenges to come close — sometimes clashing, sometimes bringing insight — offering opportunities for growth, change, and deeper truth within Vaemora itself.

Most importantly, the Vaemora Sudbury Mission ensures that young people are not groomed into any single belief system. Instead, they are given the freedom and responsibility to question authority, test ideas, and find their own truth. This is at the heart of why Vaemora holds the Sudbury Mission: because we believe the search for truth must begin in freedom, and that truth is an infinite unfolding that the Vaemora Spiritual Path encourages participation in.

Vaemora’s Spiritual Worldview, Values, and Core Commitments

Fractal Nature of Reality
Reality is patterned, and these patterns repeat in fractal scales — from cells to communities to galaxies. Each human life is a node of this pattern, bearing both individuality and unity.

Paradox
We recognize paradox as a core condition of existence, to be witnessed, and navigated with humility. Living in alignment means moving with skillful fluidity between truths in the ever-shifting landscape of reality.

Interconnectedness
We honor the sacred interdependence of all beings and things — human, animal, plant, land, water, and the unseen. Each action sends ripples through the greater web of existence.

Sacred Responsibility
Because we are part of this sacred web, every thought and action influences the individual and the whole. We are called to act with awareness of the ripple effects of our internal and external behaviors and choices.

Individuality
Each person is a distinct, unique, and necessary expression of the whole. Every member carries a unique thread in the larger tapestry of existence. We work to protect and nurture conditions that allow individuals to flourish in balance with the whole.

Self as Sacred
The full self — body, mind, and spirit — including the thinking mind (sometimes called the ego), can serve as an instrument of alignment. Self-awareness, self-respect, self-compassion, self-care, and self-honesty form the foundation for skillful attunement — allowing us to notice resonance and recognize patterns. This is a spiritual discipline. Additionally, as we respect and nurture the thoughts and feelings that arise within us, we naturally extend that same pattern of care and reverence to the world around us.

Embodiment and Rhythm
We honor the body as a sacred interface with the divine pattern. Our spirituality is expressed not only in thought and belief, but in how we move, play, work, breathe, create, rest, and relate — in cyclical harmony with nature, with our community, and with ourselves as parts of nature.

Relationship as a Mirror
Interpersonal relationships — including those with children, elders, plants, animals, and the unseen — are spiritual opportunities for growth, reflection, and healing.

Right Use of Resources
We seek to live in harmony with what the Earth can safely provide.
We recognize that behaviors rooted in convenience and ease — when divorced from awareness of their true cost — can lead us away from alignment with the sacred. These costs extend beyond the material, affecting our spiritual sanctity, our experience of life, our relationships and communities, and the safety of our shared home. To truly live in harmony with Earth’s limits will take generations to restore. We strive to remember how to fit on this planet. It is all we have — and it is wonderful. This practice is sacred to us — a spiritual discipline of remembering, restoring, and honoring our rightful place within the living pattern of existence.

Children
Children are born with sacred curiosity. Our task is to create environments that encourage their natural tendency to develop the inner and outer skills needed for a fulfilling and meaningful life — including self-awareness, self-motivation, skillful communication, emotional intelligence, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ecosystemic understanding. We believe this process is sacred. Supporting with care–to not overly direct and mold–a child’s unfolding and development,  is a spiritual act — one that honors their wholeness, autonomy, and connection to the greater fabric of existence.

Community as Sacred Arc toward Alignment
Vaemora holds that the path to re-humanization — the restoration of our natural, relational, spiritually-aligned way of being — is most achievable within small, self-reliant communities. We believe that human beings function most ethically, empathetically, and skillfully in groups of 150 people or fewer, where each person is known, needed, and connected to the whole. In communities of this scale, especially those moving toward self-sufficiency and away from larger, impersonal systems, responsibility becomes personal. Mutual care arises from direct relationships. We know one another. There is little ambiguity. Manipulation, exploitation, corruption, and disconnection are less likely to flourish when every individual feels the impact of their actions reflected in the lives around them. In such settings, we remember that every gesture matters and that we are accountable not only to ourselves, but to one another and to the greater pattern of the universe we are part of.

Sacred Relating
We seek truth and treat others with empathy and dignity. Vaemora upholds emotional responsibility, humility, respect for vulnerability, and a deep commitment to healing and repair. We recognize that conflict and harm are part of human relationship. When possible, we pause, process, validate, empathize, and seek reconnection — regardless of which side of the hurt we are on. This commitment to healing is a spiritual path. And yet, we also honor that not all relationships can be restored. Some patterns of harm continue. Some people are not safe to repair with — and in these cases, self-protection, distance, and care for our own well-being are also sacred acts. Navigating this paradox — the call to repair and the wisdom to step away; or the desire to connect and the wisdom to protect — is part of our relational path. We hold both truths with humility, courage, and reverence for what is real.

Alchemy of Communication
Words and creative expression are alchemical. They can transform and transmute. They can manifest new realities. Language and creative expression shape the world — sometimes through immediate change, and sometimes by planting seeds that grow slowly and alter the landscape over time. Whether spoken, written, sung, drawn, or felt, we communicate with care, truth, and intention, knowing our expressions ripple outward.

Intention as Offering
We recognize that behavioral perfection is not always possible. Moments of complete alignment and transcendence may occur — perhaps often, or sometimes only once in a lifetime. Yet in Vaemora, it is not perfection that defines spiritual integrity, but intention. Intention is our highest offering. To live with sincere, aligned intention — even when outward behavior falls short or circumstances make full alignment impossible — is considered a sacred act. Intention reveals the soul’s direction. It reflects a willingness to strive, to notice, to recalibrate, and to walk the path of growth with honesty and care. Through intentionality, we worship the Higher Power. We signal our devotion not through perfection, but through the humble and courageous effort to live in increasing alignment with truth, resonance, and the sacred pattern that underlies all things.

Spiritual Sovereignty
All beings have the right to seek resonance and alignment with the divine pattern — also known by many other names, such as the Universe, God, Reality, Existence etc... We speak our truth and offer our perspective, trusting that those who feel called will find us. Vaemora sees the value in other spiritual and religious paths. We welcome participation from those aligned with Vaemora's values, even as they walk alongside other spiritual paths.

Evolutionary Choice. Vaemora holds that humanity stands at an evolutionary crossroads. One path follows the dominant current of technological integration and machine-dependence. The other path, which Vaemora is exploring with growing curiosity, is to remain fully human: embodied, relational, creative, and aligned with the living Earth. This is a turning toward, a return to the sacred work of learning how to fit on this planet again, rather than striving endlessly to outgrow it. We see this as a sacred choice: to preserve what it means to be human and to cultivate communities that nurture our natural evolution in harmony with the greater web of existence.

Why Vaemora is a Private Membership Association

Vaemora is a private spiritual fellowship. We’ve chosen to begin — legally — as a Private Membership Association (PMA) so our community can gather, learn, and grow in a space rooted in privacy, trust, and spiritual freedom. This structure gives us more space to live in alignment, while honoring both our commitments to each other and the realities of the world around us.

Membership is voluntary and shaped by shared values. Members support the fellowship through spiritual offerings — time, care, resources, or skills — given freely to sustain our shared work.

This structure provides a protected space for the personal, sacred, and deeply connected aspects of our mission. As Vaemora grows, we may also create ways to share our work more openly, while continuing to preserve the private space the PMA offers our members.

If you are interested in becoming part of Vamora, or have questions or comments, please fill in the form below to get in contact with us.

Vaemora is a private spiritual fellowship and operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA). It is not open to the public. All offerings, information, and activities are for members only.

While a Private Membership Association offers certain protections for privacy and freedom of association, it does not remove all obligations under local, state, or federal law. Vaemora operates in good faith within applicable legal boundaries.
